Registration Details

Registration Packet

The committee will provide lodging and transportation before or after the convention if you are coming into Grand Rapids, MI. All flights must arrive before 6:00 am, August 16, 2010. If you have made your own arrangements, please give us the information on the registration form, in case you need to be contacted.

Registration:Held early morning August 16, at covenant Christian High School (1401 Ferndale Ave., SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.)

- Chaperones and Hudsonville YP will begin registration at 7:00 a.m.
- Junior YP will begin registration at 7:30 a.m.
- Senior YP and post - High school will begin registration at 8:00 a.m.

Luggage Allowance:One large suitcase and sleeping bag; you may also take a pillow and a small soft-sided carry-on bag on the bus that must fit under the seat. No "luggage" type carry-on will be taken on the buses.

Departure from SpringHill:Buses will depart from SpringHill at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20, with arrival planned for approximately 11:00 a.m. at Covenant Christian High School. Please arrange flight departures from Grand Rapids for after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20.

Convention Photo will be available for pickup at Covenant after the convention.
