Michigan Registration Details
The committee will help provide lodging before or after the convention if you are coming into Grand Rapids, MI.All flights must come into the GeraldR.FordInternational (GRR) Airport prior to 8AM Monday, July 14.If you have made your own arrangements, please give us the information where indicated on the registration form, in case you need to be contacted.
Registration:Held early Monday morning July 14, at CovenantChristianHigh School (1401 Ferndale Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI49534).
Chaperones and Byron Center P.R. Young People will begin registration at 8:00 a.m.SHARP!!
Junior Young People will begin registration at 8:30 a.m.
Senior Young People and post – High School will begin registration at 9:00 a.m.
Reminder: Eat breakfast before registration and bring a snack along, as you will have a 2 1/2 hour bus ride.Estimated arrival time at Covenant Hills is noon. Lunch will be provided upon arrival.
Luggage allowances:One large suitcase and sleeping bag; you may take a pillow and one small soft-sided bag (must fit under your bus seat) with you on the bus.No “luggage” type carry-on may be brought onto the bus.
Departure from Covenant Hills:Buses will depart from Covenant Hills about 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 18, and arrive in Grand Rapids at Covenant Christian High School at approximately 1:00 p.m.We ask that all flights on Friday, July 18th be scheduled after 1:00 p.m. (EDT).
Covenant Hills Registration Details
(for non-West Michigan conventioneers only not registering at CCHS)
The convention committee will not be providing lodging before or after the convention for any arrivals/departures outside of Grand Rapids, MI.If you plan to go directly to Covenant Hills campground and are going to arrive early or stay late, we ask that you please make your own arrangements.
Registration:Held on Monday morning at Covenant Hills Camp from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for any non-West Michigan conventioneers/chaperones.Any chaperone or conventioneer who did not register at Covenant Christian High School must come during this time slot.Any conventioneers driving themselves will be required to turn in his/her keys to the registration committee.The first meal provided on Monday, July14th will be lunch at Covenant Hills Camp.
